Pres. Mussington lays foundation stone for Rock Hill Residence in Grand Case

GRAND CASE--The President of the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, Louis Mussington, has officially laid the foundation stone for the Rock Hill residence, a new housing development in Grand Case brought forward by SEMSAMAR.

Developed by SEMSAMAR in close cooperation with the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, the Rock Hill housing program reflects a shared commitment to create living spaces that are modern and harmonious while remaining faithful to the architectural identity of Saint-Martin.
The Rock Hill project forms part of a balanced approach to housing that goes beyond simply increasing the number of homes. It aims to produce new housing while building with care, respecting the environment, enhancing the landscape, and offering residents a living environment that responds to their needs.
As President Louis Mussington stressed, “housing policy is a policy of a concerned lifestyle to support projects that meet the expectations of the population and to make urban development a leverage of quality, attractiveness and pride for the whole territory.”
With the launch of the Rock Hill residence, the Collectivité de Saint-Martin and SEMSAMAR reaffirm their intention to link housing development with quality of life, territorial cohesion and sustainable urban planning in Grand Case and across the territory.
