GREAT BAY--Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic and Telecommunications (TEATT) Grisha Heyliger-Marten has signed the national decree officially appointing Mrs. Judianne Labega-Hoeve as Director of the Bureau Telecommunications and Post (BTP) St. Maarten.
Labega-Hoeve brings more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in the telecommunications, postal, and regulatory sectors. She joined BTP in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, where she played a key role in strengthening the bureau’s financial systems and supporting its long term strategic stability. In 2021, she was appointed Interim Director and has since guided the organization through complex regulatory environments, while advancing modernization and closer alignment with global industry standards.
Her formal appointment as Director recognizes her professionalism, competence, and long standing commitment to St. Maarten’s digital and communications landscape.
