Best Western International is one of the world's largest hotel chains with more than 4300 hotels in 80 countries. The company's headquarters are located in Phoenix. Best Western hotels are not operated by the company, but are independent businesses.
Best Western’s SureStay Collection is a soft-brand segment within the SureStay Hotel Group, positioned in the premium-economy space and designed for independent hotels that want the reach of a global chain while keeping their own identity. Properties are typically conversion hotels that retain their local character, name and style, but connect to BWH Hotels’ distribution, loyalty program and support systems, giving guests reliable standards at an accessible price.
Travelers can expect practical comfort and value, such as clean, well maintained rooms, free Wi-Fi, breakfast options and convenient locations suited to road trips, business stops or short leisure stays. For owners, the Collection offers flexible brand standards and relatively low barriers to entry, which makes it attractive for unique roadside inns, smaller city hotels and regional properties that want stronger marketing and reservations support without losing their relationship with the surrounding community.
